Fatigue is a side effect of almost all cancer treatments and can have a huge negative impact on your life. This workshop looks at how fatigue impacts and how we can use physical activity to help manage it. Each week we look at a different aspect of physical activity and include some guided exercises and relaxation.

Join our amazing Cancer Rehab Instructors Sophie and Beth, as they take you through a 30 minute exercise session. There is a standing and a seated option. Make sure you have some water on hand, and you can optionally use some light weights such as tins of beans!
